To avail or inquire about your plans and pricing, you can get started by choosing your desired plan from our ‘Plans and Pricing’ page, then click on ‘Get Started’ that would direct you to a form that you need to fill out. Once you complete the form, an account manager will be in touch with you within 24 hours.

The dedicated customer success manager and account manager are there to make sure you are able to get the most out of our service. They make sure you are satisfied with our service, we get your feedback, and we are able to deliver what’s expected in a well and timely manner.

If ever you are not satisfied with the current service that’s being provided to you by our virtual assistant, we provide replacement with no extra cost and your invoicing gets halted until a virtual assistant gets started with working on your tasks.

If the virtual assistant takes a leave, on a holiday, or absent from work, we deduct (daily rate X number of absent) on the next billing cycle.

Yes, all of our virtual assistants work from home, but we put the necessary process to make sure they are productive and we account every hour of work being done through our management, KPI, and our employee monitoring software.

In cases such as the virtual assistant or any work has not started yet, we are able to provide you the refund, but if there was work done, we charge any work accumulated, but can return the remaining balance.

Example: Your virtual assistant has been working for you for 15 days now and you decided to not continue since you are not satisfied with the work. We bill you for the 15 days, but return the rest of the payment.

Management fee is waived when you avail our premium plan or if you avail both ‘Essential’ virtual assistant plan and a social media management plan.
