Here’s the story on how we got started

Established in 2021, Yugorithm is created with a dream to aid clients in achieving their mission, vision, and values. Before starting the virtual assistance service, the founder took on the role to ensure that he will be able to learn the ropes and teach his teammates how to do it. In the same year, Yugorithm was able to receive its first clients, building the team as they go.

It was quite a journey as the team are slowly building their foundations and with it catering to the needs of their growing number of clients.
 
With 25 years of experience in operations, stakeholders, project management, and process improvement, the team continuously improved – learning not just from their clients but from each other. It was a smooth transition for the team to adapt from their previous job environment to working as virtual assistants given the amount of experience that they have. They were also able to streamline and optimize the process which enabled them to better serve their clients.
 
Together, the team developed the company’s mission, vision, and core values that are focused on bringing the best service to their clients and the best experience to their growing team.

Our Graphic Designer will create visual content / ads used for digital marketing efforts used on social media. This can include images, gifs, videos, animations, or other graphics posted on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms.

Graphic Designer Job Description:
Yugorithm is looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative individual to join our team. As a Graphic Designer you will be responsible for creating the graphics used in Social Media strategies in order to increase online presence, improve marketing, and sales efforts. You must be comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and creating and delivering content across mixed social media platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, design, and implement brand collateral and web materials, including graphics for social media posts, testimonials, ads, video, and other promotional materials
Content creation collaboration (including Social Media graphics), planning, and scheduling
Create graphics for accounts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google My Business Profile, LinkedIn)
Posting to Social Media Platforms
Stay up to date with latest Social Media and design best practices and technologies
Utilize tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier (or any other equivalent)

Requirements:
– Expert level graphic design skills
– Able to meet deadlines
– Strong communication skills
– Impeccable written and spoken English
– Plenty of content writing experience
– Social Media savvy
– Time-management skills
– Interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
– Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite
– video editing
